The Factory Emblems are curved which requires the Actual Emblem and acrylic insert to be heated with a Hairdryer to soften and form the insert into shape. Once it cools, it will stay in shape.


Yes, you can apply heat to soften adhesive and carefully using a Utility Blade Under the Thicker Portions of The Insert, slightly lift, Then Use a Sliding Motion to Help Release.


Due To the Fragility of the Insert, it can Break If Attempting to Remove to Realign. Using a Utility Blade Under the Thicker Portions of The Insert, Slightly Lifting, Then Using a Sliding Motion to Help Release is better vs Pulling Upwards to Help Prevent Breakage. Removing can cause adhesive backing to lose its bond.


No, each insert is specific to a Factory emblem located on your Z. Please make sure to select the correct Insert based on the emblem you are attempting to purchase.

INSTALL GUIDE

Clean existing emblem on the car with rubbing alcohol to prepare for install.

Use hair dryer to heat up existing emblem on the car for 30-45 sec of Heat, 5”-10” away from emblem.

Check up & down direction on back of insert (Rear USA Only) & Peel 3M backing. (Do Not Touch Adhesive)

Align & apply insert to existing emblem. Starting in the center of emblem gets best alignment results.

Press down and hold all 4 corners at the same time to shape insert to emblem curvature. Once it cools, it will form to shape. (If needed apply more heat to both emblem and insert.)

Notes:
